Do you offer custom handle manufacturing?

Yes. One of our biggest differentiators is that we manufacture our own products; therefore, we have the ability to work closely with valued clients to accommodate their needs and create unique custom handles. How do I place an order?

If you are already established as a client, please email your signed Estimate or Purchase Order to orders@t-concepts.com. If you are not yet a client, please email our Sales Team at rfq@t-concepts.com to discuss becoming one of our esteemed clients.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship in-stock orders from our Miami warehouse within 1-2 business days. If your order is processed before noon EST, we can ship it the same day. Please check with your Account Manager for estimated lead times for custom or out-of-stock items, as our production schedule changes throughout the year. When you place your order with our Order Department, you will also be provided with estimated production and shipping timeframes when your order is processed and confirmed. When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email from our Logistics Team with your tracking number and order details.

What is the status of my order?

If the estimated lead time provided when we confirmed your order has been exceeded and you haven’t received a shipping notification email yet, please email our Order Team at orders@t-concepts.com to inquire with our helpful team. 

How do I report an issue with my order, return items or report a missing item?

We strive to rectify order issues as quickly as possible. Please contact your Account Manager and provide as many details as possible, including the original PO number, Estimate number, and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you quickly.
