We aim to ship in-stock orders from our Miami warehouse within 1-2 business days. If your order is processed before noon EST, we can ship it the same day. Please check with your Account Manager for estimated lead times for custom or out-of-stock items, as our production schedule changes throughout the year. When you place your order with our Order Department, you will also be provided with estimated production and shipping timeframes when your order is processed and confirmed. When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email from our Logistics Team with your tracking number and order details.
If the estimated lead time provided when we confirmed your order has been exceeded and you haven’t received a shipping notification email yet, please email our Order Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire with our helpful team.
