As 2024 rapidly approaches its end, we would like to advise you of our upcoming holiday closures and deadlines to ensure you receive what you need from us during this time.
Holiday Schedule (December 2024 through January 2025)
Monday, November 18, 2024
CCE Drop Seals – factory/non-stock/custom Door Seal orders placed after this date will ship after the Christmas holiday.
Monday, December 2, 2024
Colcom Hinges – factory/non-stock/custom Door Hinge orders placed after this date will ship after the Christmas holiday.
Friday, December 6, 2024
The last day to place TCM factory/non-stock/custom Handle orders to anticipate delivery in late January through early February 2025. Any orders received after this date will be processed and shipped in March 2025. (Due to our annual factory Holiday closure)
Monday, December 16, 2024
The last day to place stock orders from our Miami warehouse that need to arrive by the end of the year.
Friday, December 20, 2024
European factories are closing through January 6, 2025. Lead times will be confirmed at the time of ordering. The regular delivery schedule will follow January 6, 2025.
Monday, December 23, 2024
This is the first day of our two-week holiday closure.
Monday, January 6, 2025
Our office re-opens on January 6, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. EST.

2. T Concepts® Miami reserves the right to deny receipt of any order submitted if past-due invoices await payment in a client’s account. Please direct all accounting questions to James Apking at accountingdept@t-concepts.com.
3. T Concepts® Miami cannot guarantee arrival dates. Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse or factory, we cannot control transit times and potential carrier delays.
